“Scrum Master” certification training

In the Agile transformation, and in particular the implementation of the so-called agile Scrum method, mastering the rules is essential.

This training, alternating theory and practical exercises, allows participants to share their understanding of the Scrum framework, analyze the uses they make of it, deepen their knowledge and develop their skills to better fulfill the role of Scrum Master.

PREREQUISITES
  • An appetite for Agile, having read a Scrum book or the SCRUM Guide
  • Having a correct level of English is essential to pass the certification
OBJECTIFS
  • Learn to facilitate exchanges between stakeholders and thus facilitate the manufacturing process.
  • Understand the key principles to establish an environment 100% conducive to maximum efficiency
    production teams.
  • Acquire expertise that will allow you to take a step back from the project in order to deliver a neutral opinion.
  • Appropriate the Scrum processes to bring a team to strong autonomy while maintaining respect
    of the essential objective, which is to deliver a product that brings value.
  • Prepare for passing the “Professional Scrum Master” (PSM I®) certification from scrum.org®.
VALIDATION

We will verify that the objectives of this training are achieved using the following methods,

  • Input: Self-assessment of the trainee on his knowledge of agility and the Scrum framework
  • During the training:
    • Origin and agile manifesto: REX, Co-definition of agile concepts and practices
    • Knowledge of the Scrum framework: Quiz, co-definition of Scrum artifacts
    • Scrum Master: Personality, role
    • Discovery of agility framework at scale
    • Mock exams
    • Scenario: Analysis and reflection on roles
  • Out:
    • Self-evaluation of the trainee on his progress on the above points
    • Reporting and sharing within the limits of confidentiality with the prescriber (s)
TRAINING PROFILE

This training is led by an expert in agile team management and the Scrum framework

PEDAGOGY

This training consists of an alternation of theoretical presentations (40%), practical work (60%), discussions around participants’ organizational cases (REX), question / answer phases (with multiple choice questions or exams blanks) and trainer summaries.
