“Scrum Developer” certification training
In the Agile transformation, and in particular the implementation of the so-called agile Scrum method, mastering the rules is
essentiel. This training, alternating theory and practical exercises, allows participants to share their
understanding of the Scrum framework, analyzing the uses they make of it, deepening their knowledge and developing
their skills to better fulfill the role of “Scrum Developer”.
This training is aimed more particularly at the technical profiles of agile teams who wish to prepare for the
Professional Scrum Developer (PSDI®) certification of scrum.org®.

- Appropriate Scrum processes, to integrate a development team, in mastering the role of
Agile developer - Assimilate the specificities of Agile development
- Understand design, development and testing practices in an agile context
- Prepare for passing the “Professional Scrum Master” (PSD I®) certification from scrum.org®.
- Learn to streamline exchanges between stakeholders and thus facilitate the manufacturing process.
- Understand the key principles to set up an environment 100% conducive to maximum efficiency
production teams. - Acquire expertise that will allow you to take a step back from the project in order to deliver a neutral opinion.
- Appropriate the Scrum process to bring a team to strong autonomy while maintaining respect
of the essential objective, which is to deliver a product that brings value. - Prepare for passing the “Professional Scrum Master” (PSM I®) certification from scrum.org®.
We will verify that the objectives of this training are achieved using the following methods,
- Entry: Self-assessment of the trainee on his knowledge of agility, architectures and tests
- During the training:
- Origin and agile manifesto: REX, Co-definition of agile concepts and practices
- Knowledge of the Scrum framework: Quiz, co-definition of Scrum artifacts
- Agile architecture and development technique
- Testing and integration techniques: BDD, TDD, CICD …
- Practice exams
- Scenario: Analysis and reflection on roles
- Output :
- Self-evaluation of the trainee on his progress on the above points
- Reporting and sharing within the limits of confidentiality with the prescriber (s)
This training is led by a study and development engineer, agile expert and PSD certified.
This training consists of an alternation of theoretical presentations (40%), practical work (60%), discussions around participants’ organizational cases (REX), question / answer phases (with multiple choice or mock exams) and of trainer summaries
