“Scrum Kanban” certification training
In Agile transformation, and in particular the implementation of the so-called agile Scrum method, mastering the rules is essential to combine the framework with other practices such as Kanban. This training, alternating theory and practical exercises, allows participants to share their understanding of the Scrum framework, analyze the uses they make of it, and explore the possibilities of integrating Kanban practices and flow into their work.
This training prepares for the Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSKI®) certification of scrum.org® < / a>.
Maximum group of 12 people per session
- Managers
- Project managers, Project manager
- Architects, developers, production engineers, integrators
- Anyone involved in setting up a kanban system
- Have an appetite for Agile, have read the SCRUM Guide and / or a Kanban book.
- Having a correct level of English is essential to pass the certification.
- Have a good understanding of the Scrum framework and the Kanban approach
- Understand how Kanban practices can be associated in a Scrum project
- Have the tools and indicators to improve the efficiency of practices and the monitoring of the “flow of work”
- Prepare for passing the “Professional Scrum with Kanban” (PSK I®) certification from scrum. org® .
We will verify that the objectives of this training are achieved using the following methods,
- As input: Self-assessment of the trainee on his knowledge of agility, architectures and tests
- During the training:
- Origin and agile manifesto: REX, Co-definition of agile concepts and practices
- Knowledge of the Scrum framework: Quiz, co-definition of Scrum artifacts
- Knowledge of the Kanban system: Flow, theory of constraints…
- Metrics: Cycle time, flow, Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD), ..
- Mock exams
- Scenario: Analysis and reflection on roles
- Out:
- Self-evaluation of the trainee on his progress on the above points
- Reporting and sharing within the limits of confidentiality with the prescriber (s)
This training is led by an agile expert, kanban systems and PSK certified
This training consists of an alternation of theoretical presentations (40%), practical work (60%), discussions around participants’ organizational cases (REX), question / answer phases (with multiple choice questions or exams blanks) and trainer summaries.
