• Apply SAFe to advance Lean and Agile development in the company
• Apply the Mindset and Lean-Agile principles
• Plan and execute program increments successfully
• Execute and release value via “Agile Release Trains” (ARTs)
• Building an Agile Portfolio with Lean-Agile Budgeting
• Prepare for passing the “SAFe® Agilist” (SA) certification from Scaled Agile Inc.®.

We will verify that the objectives of this training are achieved using the following methods,

• Entry : Self-assessment of the trainee on his knowledge of agility and the SAFe framework
• During the training:
  • Discovery of the SAFe scale agility framework
  • Origin, principles of agile, Lean and SAFe: REX, Co-definition of agile concepts and practices
  • Knowledge of lean leadership and competency expectations: Quiz, co-definition
  • Pi-Planning *: Full simulation of the major event in SAFe the Program Increment Planning *
  • Continuous control of each part of the course by an interaction `Quiz, Questioning
  • Scenario: Analysis and reflection on roles, events, indicator calculations, …
• Output :
  • Self-evaluation of the trainee on his progress on the above points
  • Reporting and sharing within the limits of confidentiality with the prescriber (s)

This training is led by a SAFe expert and SPC * certified (SAFe Program increment)

This training consists of an alternation of theoretical presentations (40%), practical work (60%), discussions around participants’ organizational cases (REX), question / answer phases (with multiple choice or mock exams) and of trainer summaries.
