AET Consulting is the result of a computer and methodologies enthusiast who wishes to put his experience and his passion at the service of companies.
AET Consulting offers quality training and support, accessible to all, meeting the new expectations of organizations: reconciling requirement, efficiency, time and budget constraints, developing the overall performance of the company while contributing to individual development teams and reducing customer dissatisfaction.
The offer consists of training and coaching for employees and managers of companies who want or have made a transformation to agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, …). But also “scrum master”, “product owner” and project management services in an agile environment.
As well as technical expertise in the implementation of architectures and environments for continuous delivery in the optimization of production.

Passionate about IT and transmission, although technical training (Development study engineer), I was successively developer, project manager, scrum master, product owner and finally coach, consultant in Agile transformation (skills file).
Because I still want to progress and grow professionally, I embarked on the path of entrepreneurship by creating AET Consulting to support organizations in their Agile transformation.
